Going deeper, we can support a 180° process in which staff complete the self-assessment and gain feedback from their line manager.

For those looking to gain an even deeper understanding of themselves, we can design and administer a 360° process in which staff receive feedback from a range of superiors, peers, and direct reports.

All Strata needs-analysis options include a personalised report and reflection sheet, which help identify professional development priorities. If a 180° or 360° reflection takes place, the individual will receive a one-hour coaching session with a Strata Coach.

Reflection & Development

The final step involves reflection and action planning with a Strata coach. An organisation can then choose to use one of our coaching options to support its staff in developing from the self-assessment findings.
